Extensions & Renovations
From structural alterations and new extensions to full home renovations, we bring practical build knowledge, site management and trade coordination together.
Fergus brings more than 15 years of construction experience, combining hands-on trade knowledge with site management, project coordination and a broad understanding of how different trades need to work together.
With a strong eye for detail and design, he takes a practical, problem-solving approach to each project, helping clients find solutions that work both technically and aesthetically.
Just as important is how the work is carried out. Courtesy, respect, clear communication and consideration for the people living in the property are central to the way Hilltown Projects operates.
Fergus has worked with Rollo Developments for nearly five years and during that time has played an important role in the management and delivery of a number of our projects. He is an excellent communicator and we have had very positive feedback from clients regarding his manner and management style. I’m delighted to see Fergus taking the next step and moving out on his own with Hilltown Projects and look forward to continuing to support each other and work together where opportunities arise in the future.

Trusted experience, backed by real client feedback.
For Hilltown, how a project is managed matters just as much as what gets built.
